• Sourcing and screening shoppers / field interviewers
• Coordinating project‑based hiring
• Managing onboarding and documentation
• Supporting field operations with manpower needs

Strong skills in Market Research, with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze data effectively
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with Sales and proven ability to evaluate and understand sales processes
Ability to conduct thorough Research to gather valid and actionable insights
Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Proven time management and organizational skills
Previous experience in mystery shopping or market research is a plus
